            Abstract :
This paper proposes a human-like action recognition system which can recognize human actions like the human does. The recognition algorithm is constructed taking into account of the following characteristics of human action recognition: simultaneous recognition, priority among actions, fuzziness of judgment, multiple judge conditions for one action, and recognition ability from a partial view of the body. The experiment shows that the system can recognize human action like human does. The stated results ensure a natural understanding of human action by a system, which leads to smooth communication between computer systems and human
