Abstract :
An alternative formulation is presented for the space domain series expression of the Green´s functions pertaining to microstrip geometries. The coefficients of the space domain series are deduced from the study of the asymptotic to infinity behaviour of the spectral domain Green´s function. The involved integrands are oscillating but drastically decreasing functions which allow efficiency of integration and, thus, saving of computer time in situations of practical interest.
