Abstract :
A correlation of the force acting on landing gear´s wheel to fatigue damage section of dangerous parts is derived which reveals the functional relationship of stress between spectrum loading of individual landing gear and base spectrum loading of landing gear is all about flying weight. That makes it possible using weight parameter of each aircraft´s taking off and landing to estimate spectrum loading of each individual landing gear. An improved Miner´s rule for fatigue damage calculation was used based on that the fatigue limit of materials gradually descends with the increase of damage accumulation in materials during loading process. The influence of load interaction on fatigue damage of material was taken into account which makes up the imperfection of derived spectrum loading.
