Abstract :
In this paper, a new method is proposed to design a robust flight control system which is low-sensitive and robust stable. This method can realize pole-zero assignment by exact model matching (EMM), moreover this can achieve disturbance minimizing by H control methods (output estimation problem). The application of this method for a design of control augmentation system for the longitudinal flight control system of a typical small aircraft is also shown
