Abstract :
Time synchronization is very important for a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) Ad Hoc Network. In this paper, we proposed Slot Time Synchronization protocol to synchronize all the nodes in a TDMA network. We compute the receive time from Absolute Slot Number (ASN) and use linear regression to eliminate the clock drift. We have carried out our method in real ad hoc networks and achieved the tolerable precision and improved network stability.
