Abstract :
The paper presents a new decomposition method to handle optimal control design for two-degree of freedom time delay control systems. In this approach exact relationships between the actuator, process and design parameters furthermore robustness measures are developed. The ultimate robustness limit of any control can be explicitly calculated by this approach.
