  • Abstract
    In this paper, the design and development of an instrumentation system for volumetric measurement of low gas flow rates is presented. The appropriate analysis of the uncertainty propagation is performed and adequate components are chosen to the development of meter in order to perform the measurement with low uncertainty. Experimental results are presented for validating the proposed instrument.
