Abstract :
Under the new situation of current economic and social transformation, the existing problems in government management have become the bottleneck to restrict the further economic and social development. However, it will be the important way to ease the partial in-depth contradictions and problems in reform development to promote the government management innovation and improve the com-service management. This paper reviews the theoretical origin of com-service management by use of literature retrieval method, analyzes the actual dilemma and practical misunderstanding in China´s com-service management with the empirical analysis method, and puts forward that the public, democratized, market-oriented and diversified development strategies must be adhered to in com-service management in accordance with the successful experience and reform practice of developed countries. The results of this paper have certain reference value for boosting the administrative system reform and the com-service management development.
