Abstract
The knowledge conflicts exist in the process of enterprise knowledge intercommunion are analyzed firstly. A decision-making method of knowledge teams constitution in enterprise is put forward on the base of conflict theory and knowledge reduction, and the constitution models of knowledge teams in enterprise based on knowledge conflict are constructed, the influences that the conflict threshold value to the constitution of knowledge teams in enterprise are studied. Finally, the important effects of decision-making of knowledge teams in enterprise based on knowledge conflict in enterprise knowledge management are analyzed.
