    Traditional strategy theories mainly discuss the sources of competitive advantage from market environmental field. Our study attempts to expand the perspective to social environmental field. Rapid development of nonprofit organization changes competition conditions of enterprise. The research described different modes of cooperation between enterprise and nonprofit organization and argued network relationship that arose from the collaborative behaviors. Based on the case study of cooperation between Zhejiang East Rainbow Culture Development Co.Ltd. and Zhejiang Charity Federation, the results show that enterprise can obtain competitive advantages from two aspects: first, acquiring social capital; second, learning from nonprofit organization.
