Abstract :
The recording conditions of hologram in off-axis lensless Fourier transform digital holography are analyzed. The experimental setup used for recording the digital hologram of microscopic object is built. By using the automatic phase compensation method the three-dimensional information of the USAF test target is obtained based on Fresnel transform algorithm. The results show that for strong noisy hologram the automatic phase compensation method must be combined with manual adjusting parameter in order to obtain accurate phase image.
