Abstract :
Few literature was made for the research of corporate governance effect on companies´ innovation efficiency. In this paper, we do the empirical study of this topic. The result shows that controlling shareholders exert positive effect on the innovation efficiency; managers with decent stimulation also make a positive effect. However, some governance variables is not significant.
