Abstract :
We demonstrate two-channel 10-Gb/s simultaneous polarization demultiplexing and wavelength conversion for a 20-Gb/s Pol-MUX NRZ-OOK signal using four-wave mixing in a SOI waveguide. The eye diagrams of the demultiplexed and converted signals are clearly observed.
