Study on informatization operation countermeasures for convention and exhibition enterprises

The development level of enterprises´ informatization marks their competitive force. With the rapid growth of convention and exhibition in China, informatization construction becomes one of important approaches for enterprises engaged in convention and exhibition field to enhance their overall strength and competitiveness. The paper presents three countermeasures for informatization operation according to the characteristics of convention and exhibition activities. These three measures include the principle of trinity, concept of project unit and mode of information technology as a fulcrum.
