Abstract :
Industry-University (IU) as an important mode of cooperation was concerned by academic circles, business and society. This article puts forward a model of knowledge transfer process in Industry-University cooperation from the angle of Industry-University cooperation knowledge management, sets up a new analytical framework for this field, and finds out the factors that impact on Industry-University cooperation knowledge transfer, finally, presents the corresponding measures so as to enhance the effect of knowledge transfer.
