Abstract :
We experimentally observed mid-infrared glucose absorption peak changes using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. While all the transmission peaks at different wavelength increased as the glucose concentration was increased, their rate of increase were all different. Comparison of rates can be used for determination of blood glucose level.
