Abstract :
In order to improve the customer´s QoS satisfaction, a method and a system for fast positioning SLA violations are designed in this paper. First, a kind of database called SLA violation experience database and a system for fast positioning SLA violations are brought forward. Then, a tree called SLA violation experience tree is built based on the Huffman. Finally, the system is tested by some examples. The system is efficient and reasonable.
