Notice of Retraction

Taking account of the prominent contradiction between high dependence on existed system suppliers and probability for them to withdraw, build decision model on technology risk and market risk to analyze what cause them withdraw, then compensation mechanism is brought up on this model. In addition, knowledge accumulation model is build and it is used to extend this decision model and to modify compensation mechanism. The conclusion is that knowledge accumulation could be helpful to decrease technology risk and market risk.
