Abstract :
It´s difficult to maintain a lasting and stable alliance relationship between node enterprises in supply chain logistics management mode because of information asymmetry, decision inconsistent, market environment uncontrollability among enterprises. Aiming at the characteristics of logistics service transaction,we apply auction mechanism design theory to research and put forward a multi-attribute reverse auction logistics service trade mechanism based on incentive compatibility. an optimal auction mode is constructed by combining multi-attribute reverse auction with traditional second price auction from maximization of social welfarer´s perspective, and bidding strategies of logistics service providers are analyzed. Finally, a logistics simulation example is given.
