Abstract :
As the increasing to the investment amount of the government projects, how to choose a trusted construction agent has became a important problem to the related party. The paper established a credit evaluation index system about the construction agent and a grey relational assessment model based on AHP-entropy theory, which would comprehensive reflected the relevancy and the difference of each indicator, and the weights has achieved a unity of the subjective and objective information. The result showed that the credit evaluation index system and assessment model was scientific and rational, and would provide a perfect guide and reference to the choice of construction agent of the government investment projects.
