With the constant expansion of higher education scale in our country, the higher educational institutions expand enrollment continuously in recent year, undergraduate employment trouble has aroused great attention of all walks of society. The sever employment situation indicates unemployment is ubiquitous issue. For the special unemployment group, the article point that it provides some ways to solve the unemployment trouble, such as establish employment promotion and insurance system and well-establish various matching measures under government macro-control; focus strictly on major setting and education quality for educational supervision department, promote themselves quality, establish correct career concept for undergraduate and rectify employers´ incorrect concept.
