Abstract :
As the power grid is more and more complex, the alarms transformed from the SCADA to the Grid Dispatching Center increases rapidly which makes the operating personnels do not know how to deal with so many rapidly changed alarms, and the really important alarms may be ignored. In view of this problem, this paper researched and designed the intelligent alarm system. First filter out noise by the technology of date mining based on decision tree, then intellectually reason and analyze with production rules on the basis of researching internal relationship between alarms to provide operating personnels alarms combination timely and correctly.lt realize preliminary intelligence of alarm processing. This system has been used in a certain area grid and has made remarkable effect.
