  • Abstract
    We will review our recent progress in developing silicon and hybrid silicon photodetectors for photonic integrated circuits. Specifically, we will discuss waveguide-coupled photodetectors using epitaxial III-V growth on silicon, and all-silicon surface-state-absorption microring-resonator-enhanced photodetectors.
