System Dynamic Analysis of Relationship between Individuals´ Opportunity Perception Bias and Risk Perception Bias in Entrepreneurial Team

Several psychological factors influence the choices of entrepreneurs´ strategy in entrepreneurial risk decision-making. The main work of this paper is to explore these psychological factors. Based on the related researches, a causality graph is drawn. Therefore, the formation mechanisms and the interactive laws of individual´s opportunity perception bias (OPB) and risk perception bias (RPB) in entrepreneurial team are researched. Finally, a mental system dynamics model of entrepreneurial risk decision-making is constructed and some regulations in entrepreneurial risk decision-making are explored.
