Abstract :
This paper is devoted to design a gain-scheduled H controller for use in vibration suppression of system with harmonic excitation of which frequency is time-varying and unknown a priori but measurable for implementation purpose. The proposed approach is based on modeling harmonic excitation with time-varying frequency as a linear parameter varying (LPV) model and then construct a stabilizing LPV gain-scheduled H controller using a single quadratic Lyapunov function based approach.
