Abstract
Based on samples from the Enterprises of South of China, this paper investigates the relationships among organizational socialization, person-organization fit and employee performance. The result showed that: organizational socialization had positive impact on person-organization fit; organizational socialization had positive impact on employee performance; person-organization fit had positive impact on employee performance; person-organization fit acted a partly mediator between organizational socialization and employee performance. At the end of this paper, we discussed the practical significance of this study, in order to put some suggestions for improving the employee performance by organizational socialization management and person-organization fit management.
