Abstract :
The technology of obtaining the glass-isolated microwire with a core from bismuth-stibium telluride thermoelectric semiconductor material was developed. Its physical properties were studied, revealed peculiarities of physical properties allowed to propose and fabricate combined microelectrodes for simultaneous measurement of biopotentials and temperature of biological objects. A number of characteristics of the obtained microelectrodes were established
