Abstract :
In this paper, numerical analog technology combined with engineering experience are used for the problem existed. A supercritical CO2 (SC- CO2) dyeing equipment together with computer control system is designed, and by use of the software Pro/E, have built the entity modeling and finished the device visual design for the important parts of supercritical CO2 liquid dyeing equipment. The structure analysis function of ANSYS software is used to analyze static stress of master parts and multiphase flow of the equipment in order to confirm the concentration area of all kinds of component stress. The model is built, by which the velocity vector distribution chart and pressure distribution chart are obtained, and variation of velocity and pressure is also analyzed. This model could improve the visual impression of dyeing process, and provide the evidence for confirmation of dyeing reactor material and related parameters.
