Abstract :
Starting with the connotation of corporate social responsibility, and on the basis of summarizing kinds of evaluation standards of corporate social responsibility home and aboard, some special social responsibilities are proposed to power enterprises above common enterprise. Then, State Grid Corporation´s leading role in the practice of social responsibility is highly evaluated. Next, an multilevel evaluation index system is conceived in this paper, which includes the responsibility in security, economy, law, ecology as well as in ethics. Finally, a multi-attribute evaluation model with data is presented based on AHP and GIOWA operator. Empirical analysis suggests its effectiveness.
