Abstract
This article analyzes the characteristics of the performance evaluation of supply chain strategy alliance (SCSA) which is based on the e-commerce in international trade. It utilizes the theory of balance scorecard and the model of SCPR to propose the performance evaluation index system of supply chain strategic alliance. It is constructed from the angles of customer satisfaction, internal business processes, financial situation and learning and growth. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation involves the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation factor set, evaluation grade set, the eigen value matrix of index, the degree of membership matrix, the weighing of index and the operation of fuzzy matrix, etc. This method is introduced into the area of the performance evaluation of supply chain strategic alliance.
