Abstract :
The major function of sonar target is to simulate underwater object at a certain distance. Hence, the main responsibility taken in sonar target system design is to simulate underwater environment. As to unavoidable defects of certain kind of methods at present, this paper offers AT-based (Acoustic Toolbox) channel modeling. This method could improve the performance of sonar target systems.
