  • Abstract
The purpose of this project is to address one of the most challenging scientific pursuits of detecting and tracking targets from remote sensed data (typically multi-sensor temporal data) using a novel integrated image fusion framework. A major impact of this research project will be the realization of the effect of an automatic integrated image fusion framework for target localization applications within remote sensing. This research work will significantly advance the science and technology of remote sensing image fusion for particularly, security and surveillance applications. The project will highly benefit the scientific community and the remote sensing industry.
