The study on accumulated vulnerability of regional development

Based on literature review, this paper outlined the research advance in the study of vulnerability. This study further made clear the implication of regional development´s vulnerability, analyzed the mechanism of regional development´s accumulated vulnerability and designed an index system for evaluating accumulated vulnerability. At last this article also evaluated and predicted the accumulated vulnerability of Bejing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Circle using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and Grey System Model. The results showed that there was significant difference of vulnerability within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Circle and the vulnerability was gradually increased and accumulated.
