  • Abstract
    The spectrum of UV and blue upconversion of Tm:GdVO4 is given and the phonon assistant excitation method is used to explain the light near 264 nm. The temperature-dependent intensity of UV light is analyzed. The excitation spectra of the material for the up-converted 264, 361and 440 nm luminescence band at 77 K and 293 K are presented.
