Firstly, the article points out three levels of knowledge share and the necessity of stimulation for it in knowledge chain ; Secondly, analyses some stimulant measures for knowledge share between individual and individual; and then, suggests some stimulant measures for knowledge share between individual and organization; finally, brings forward the stimulant measure for knowledge share between organization and organization by proving.
