In this paper, conducted a systematic smart grid overview and analysis of developments at home and abroad are given to promote the development of China´s smart grid proposals. The power system development as the world´s new trend of change, smart grid will lead the Chinese to restore confidence, revive industry and promote sound and fast economic growth.
