Abstract :
First of all, theory and existing operation of pre-production logistics in auto company are analyzed, then the shortcomings of inbound logistics of companies in China are discussed. An optimized strategy of auto company pre-production logistics distribution is set forth. At the same time, a programming model of inbound logistics transportation is created and a simulation model is developed by Arena system. Finally, the idea and strategy in this paper are proved advanced by a case study.
