Study on property management innovation in China of harmonious society

In the process of building a socialist harmonious society, building the harmonious community as an important component relates to the overall situation of building a harmonious society as a whole. This paper introduced property management innovation in residence community. In the context of building a harmonious society, the concept of property management should be updated and we make great efforts to exclude the existence of many “disharmony” in the development process to build a “harmonious property management”. How to enhance overall level of property management industry and strive to avoid the community property management disputes, and encourage property management company in the daily management services and actively to explore ways to participate in the construction of a harmonious community, is a relatively urgent and important practical significance subject.
