  • Abstract
    There has been much studied on the controllability and observability of linear systems. It is shown that any linear physical system should be of the two properties, which is called the physical realisability in the parameter space or in the field of all rational functions Fξ. The two properties have an important application to structurally controllable- structurally observable equations
