  • Abstract
    We have proposed a SAW antenna duplexer for cordless telephone CT0 with low loss, high stop-band rejection in mutual frequency band and small size. This duplexer consists of two SAW filters connected in parallel, each of which constructed with the improved longitudinally-coupled DMS filter. This improved DMS filter is consists of the input/output IDT of withdrawal weighting and the reflective grating consisting of reflecting strips with positive and negative reflection coefficients. Two kinds of SAW duplexer for Chinese standard CT0 with center frequency 45.25 and 48.25 MHz were fabricated on Y128° LiNbO3. They are housed in the Φ2.6×4.5 mm3 metallic package.
