Abstract :
Taking 50 W fly-back single-stage PFC power supply as a example, this paper researched the technologies of synchronous rectification, transformer optimizing, clamp circuits and fast soft turning off technology in order to improve the power efficiency and reduce the power EMI. Experimental test results show the efficiency can reach above 90% in wide voltage range. With the addition of EMI filter, the power can well meet international standards of conducted EMI.
