Abstract :
The south to north water transfer project (SNWTP) is a strategic infrastructure project related to the society, economy, and ecology of China. In view of the whole project, the paper studied the method of project investment cost-accounting, put forward two basic kinds of water supply cost-sharing model, set up a formula of cost-accounting at each intake on water supply route according to a reasonable sharing principle, and drew a conclusion that rational division of sections and amortized quantity of water played vital roles in the practical project through impact analysis on water supply cost. It provides a new research thought and a theoretical basis for the scientific determination of the water supply cost of SNWTP.
