Evaluation and Research for the core competence of Power Supply Company

Core competence is the base to get competitive advantage for sustainable development. The elements to form core competence are put forward according to the implication and primary features of power supply enterprise in this paper. The index system and its evaluation model are built based on six composition elements such as economic benefit, marketing services, development capability, work safety, quality of power supply and technology capability. The evaluation of the weighting sets are made by AHP. The choosing big or small algorithm and the maximal subjection degree of the evaluation result is improved. The applying example indicate that the effect is good.
