Abstract :
A broadband absorber for general waveguide structures based on the analytic Green´s functions of the TE and TM modes is presented. The absorber exhibits advantages over the 1st-order Mur´s absorbing boundary conditon coupled with the superabsorption condition with respect to both performance and computer resources.
