Abstract :
Fairly rapid environmental changes call for continuous surveillance and on-line decision making. It is becoming an urgent problem for Chinese enterprises how to utilize information technology and build Web information systems based on enterprise information platform in order to serve better the enterprise competitive strategy. This paper firstly provides a new Web information systems model which includes three networks (organization network, information network, human relation network), there systems (Web information collecting system, Web information analyzing system, Web information service system), and one center, namely Web information center; Secondly this paper provides an analysis of Web mining, text mining and visualization-based information tools, which are specific to collection, analysis and utilization of Web information; Thirdly this paper designed the framework model of the Web information system, system layer structure model, functional modules model, data flow model and system platform management rules for corporation.
