After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In Synchro-Self-Shifting clutch, damping chamber maintain certain pressure and damping hole unchanged, the time parameter will vary with the regulating property of engine, time parameter can be modified by control program, so system setting can be simplified. The characteristic that time parameter varies with regulating property has been analyzed based on the models of engine, controller and Synchro-Self-Shifting clutch. The Effective adjustment range of damping hole has been pointed out based on simulation for the first time, and the research provides guidance for power plant design and running.
