  • Abstract
    A novel sort of fully automated 26-40 GHz active load pull system is presented, based on a Wiltron 360 Network analyzer and a 3630 down converter. It permits to check non-linear models for gate widths ranging from 50 ~m to several millimetres. It will be a very interesting tool for MMIC design and reverse technological engineering.
