Abstract :
It is seen that a number of factors in the signal conditioning and test design will affect different performance characteristics of the overall measurement systems. Depending on the combinations of the features in commercial hardware, a wide variety of performance characteristics can be achieved. A measurement system must provide the facts, not its opinion! To achieve this goal is the Measurement Engineer´s responsibility
