Abstract :
A 2.4GHz dual-mode RF transceiver IC implements transmit and receive functions for both Bluetooth with -80dB sensitivity and 802.11b Wireless LAN with -88dB sensitivity in a single chip without doubling the required silicon area. Implemented in 0.18/spl mu/m CMOS process, the circuit operates at 1.8V, and die size is 16mm/sup 2/ including pads.
