  • Abstract
    This paper studies the structure and principle of the PLL, based on this, presents a design of S band PLL frequency source. Use the divider and phase detector check which in the ADF4113 with VCO HMC416LP4 form PLL, produce the control signal by DSP, lock the frequency in 2.75-3GHz. This paper gives the method for determining the control word and the program control flow chart of DSP, uses the functional simulation software ADIsimPLL that AD company provided to design a third-order passive loop filter, shows the corresponding simulation results. Use the performance advantages of DSP and PLL, can output fixed point frequency stable, have a good frequency-hopping capabilities.
